Laugh and the world laughs with you

Step 2 Laugh at yourself.

One of the most important things in life is not taking everything to serious. Life is supposed to be enjoyed and you need to be able to roll with the punches and laugh at the mistakes you make. This a very important aspect in your life if you really want to make it great.

People that can’t laugh at themselves  are the ones that lose their temper and get angry very quickly over the smallest issue. They get upset because the computer is slow at loading or someone looked at them funny or their favourite show is not on the TV. They blow up over nothing and expect us to think that they have done the right thing.

You know this type of person. They think the world owes them a living and they can justify each action because they were angry. Its someone else's fault, they're no to blame regardless  of what they have done.

And the funny thing is you never see these people being successful in life. They are the ones that move from job to job, if they get that far, and waste their lives complaining about how they never had a luck break. Everyone else was lucky, they just missed out. And now they hate the world.

But what a wonderful life it would be if they learnt not to take things to seriously and just laugh at a situation and move on. And that's what life is about, laugh off the issues, fix them and move on.

Laughing at yourself when you make a mistake allows you to realise that you made the mistake and that you need to fix it. It means you a prepared to take responsibility for your actions.

You don't get angry over nothing. You just have to accept the situation and move on. You can have a joke with people and not get angry when some one pokes fun at you.

Mix this in with smiling and you start to have a better life straight away.
